The Women’s Desk recently held a Jelly Moon Cake (non-baked) demonstration on the 19th August, 2017. Held at the Church cafeteria, the event which started from 1.30 pm to 3.30 pm attracted some 21 ladies, according to Lalitha Rozario, Chairperson for Women Ministry. Madam Petrina Wong and assisted by Madam Violet Pinto, both from the Parish Chinese Language Apostolate showed how it was done. The participants then tasted some of the Jelly Moon Cake.
